Hi Jon
Ah yes, Spot and all that. Well Spot is a nickname from years back. I have
the email address spot.ontheroad at virgin.net when I put up postings from my
home computer and spotatashleys at hotmail.com when posting from my
girlfriend's
computer. All very confusing and it dates back to when I was a little more
ignorant of the workings of email and thought I needed a different address
for different machines, but I've just left it as it is.
With regard to the pipe - there were no pitfalls as far as I have found.
Just make sure you get a fitting with at least a 90 degree turn on it at the
MC end and a bulkhead fitting to fit the bulkhead bracket on the other end.
If you get them to leave the bulkhead fitting off and give you a few inches
more pipe than you need, you can fit the pipe from the MC end and cut it to
length before you fit the BH fitting. Thinking about it, you'll have to
leave the BH fitting off to get it through the BH anyway. If you have never
fitted one of the fittings before ask them to show you how it goes on. Also
make sure you cable tie the pipe up in the pedal area so that it does not
rub on
anything - its not rigid so will "flop" around.
That's it I think. Hope all goes well. Let me know if you get stuck and I'll
get back to you ASAP.

All the best

Keith
