 Yep... hub centric is the issue, and I solved that by machining 4mm off the "wheel face" of the rotor.  It works great, but takes a bit of effort.

Here is my experience with the SQ brakes;

You can run the SQ rotors as well, however they will not be hubcentric and
you will need longer bolts (or studs in my case).
Final version is SQ calipers and S4TT rotors machined down to 300mm.  I
found these rotors to have much more "meat" on them.
