Just called my dealer, 859 615 301 does exist in the database, but they
states : "part is no longer in production" and there is no stock in North
America.
Retail price was a cool 300 $CAN (245 US$).

859 615 301 is the part number you are looking for.
295 mm diameter indeed, vented and 28 mm thick.

Interestingly, these were used on both the front and the rear of the SQ.
