[urq] water cooled turbo conversion

re: changing over to single oil filter, adapters are needed.  
I don't recall the sizes, but might have the receipt buried in a file if
someone needs the info.
I did not need to change the rubber boot and had no intake tract plumbing
problems converting to the k24 from the ur s4/s6.
IMO, the k24 is a great choice for the urq.   The turbo easily puts out
280hp in a 20vt in stage 1+ trim, more than enough for a CIS urq.  And for
some reason, there is literally no lag at all with the 10v, although on the
20v, there is some lag.  The car has huge torque and great throttle response
from idle through 5K RPMs.

My car is an otherwise stock 85 wr.

I was planning on using a K26 again. I had custom oil lines made a number of
years ago and I'm hoping they'll work with an coolant jacketed K26 as well.
