Anyway - I saw Dennis the other day - he was definitely a little out of it 
(good drugs!) - but here's the great news - a woman stopped by the scene 
while the police were there and she had taken the license plate number down. 
So hopefully there will be justice.  I'm with you Steve- few things piss me 
off more than not be accountable for one's own actions.
