[urq] DO I still use the large round thermostat gasketifIremovethermostat?

If you remove the T-stat won't it take longer for the block to warm and thus
won't you be running a rich mixture for longer from cold starts?
The little hole in the thermostat is a jiggle valve. I believe it allows air
to get through and helps prevent airlocks and thus hot spots.
Personally I would not run without a thermostat.
