[urq] Driver side mirror

I have never taken one apart - but have talked with thos etht have.
Apparently there is a aluminum tab or something in there that some big
rubber bands go around and pull the housing back when bent back. This alum
part gradually bends. Some have bent it back carefully. My lazy man's
approach was to get some big black o-rings, cut to length, and shove them in
the front upper and lower corners - in essence filling the void eliminating
the movement.
