[urq] Shifted shifter

I had the same problem shifting into reverse and fifth gear. It turned  out 
to be the ball socket on the short shift lever that was broken. If yu look  
down towards the back of the engine, under the ATF can you should be able to see  
a 6-8" rod. Check out my pic at:
