[urq] Looking for a MAC-02 for 1983 URQ

... didn't do a blow-by-blow comparison, but it looks like the IST docs
pretty much cover the same ground ... in fact some of the pix look
suspiciously similar to those found therein ... 

The big thing to me ... this site is based on the WR/MAC-01!  Martin's
got the IST docs available on his website ... I'd recommend anyone
looking for MAC-02/WX info ought better start there, next I'd say, go to
Scott Mockry's site ... and then perhaps go over this MAC-01 site to see
if it has any details the others don't cover ...
