[urq] Andrews car was sold by NADA dealer I'd imagine - will this change NADA prices?

Everyone talks about the NADA used car price guides,
and usually because they don't reflect the prices of
good old classics correctly.    Once Riverside Audi
reports that they sold a urq for $13K  - one would
expect to see the NADA value for a urq double.  I know
that's not going to happen - but this is what a
reasonable person would expect.
