[urq] Andrew's Car on ebay again-potential fraud???

FYI, this scam is virtually identical to the last one.  There's a guy on
AudiWorld who fell for it last time, and he's trying to get the con
caught (and maybe get his dough back, assuming it's the same guy as last
time).  He's having trouble getting any authorities interested.  If
anyone has any contacts with NY law enforcement, FBI, Western Union,
eBay, or even AOL, I'm sure he'd appreciate the help.  More details
