[urq] Injector cooler thermo time switch

Hey All-thanks again for all your responses-you are the best.  Injectors now
cooling again.  Without this List, I would not be able to keep this car.

It's actually screwed into a heat sheild above the manifold - wastegate pipe
(near the cold start injector and aux air valve)- single wire - if you
remove the wire and ground it, the injector cooling fan should run with
ignition off.
