Normally, I'd agree, but I've got one in pieces that says otherwise (but luckily I also have 3 extras).  Don't even ask about the lugbolts -- all were 1/8" too short -- hence wheel studs all around...

The Lex are not hubcentric (unless you've got a 70.1mm hub) and come with hubcentric rings, as do the Flik Artic wheels.
