[urq] 83 URQ WX No Start, No Spark

Two Ideas,
   
  1.  Check the ground to the intake manifold (should be connected at the rear corner at the metal throttle cable bracket.  I have a friend who had a non spark issue, and it turned out to be this grounding point.  It also caused me the same problem at one point on my WX.
   
  2.  If you have access to an extra flywheel pin sensor, try swapping that in  for one of the two on your motor.  Try the known good in one position, then the other to see if it makes a difference.
