[urq] Re-build kits for hydraulic Brake booster

I was able to rebuild my booster with seals and o-rings sourced through a
few local (Maine) shops.  Once I am able to pull together the info, I will
post to the list.

I talked to the guy from sport wheels yesterday and he said he has not had
any of the kits in quite some time?
So I am sourcing all the stuff to make the kit myself..
