[urq] speedo not working

... obviously the operating odo proves that the rotation is making it up to
the speedo unit OK ... the coupler which turns the rotating of the back
piece of the speedo unit is probably spinning ... my guess is that the
speedo's been sitting on the peg so long that it is stuck ... take the car
out for a drive and go faster ... perhaps that will break it loose ... ;-)
You might want to pop the inst cluster off and pull out the speedo unit. If
the needle appears to move freely, spin the input with a drill and see if
you can figure out why it isn't coupling ... speedos aren't really that
complicated ...
