[urq] Converting to digital dash

It's really not that dificult, if you have the schematics for both cars. Can't say I've done it, but I did put a 1981 4000 dash into a 1976 Fox years ago. Sort of along the same lines. I used the 4000 connectors, and with schematics put the wires together that were needed.
