Yes but the WR has 200hp stock and the ignition timing is 
more advanced on the WR vs the WX That said, it does have low 
compression, I would figure on ~120hp. The 2.0 I5 in my '83 80
quattro is 115hp but it has 10:1 CR. It seems faster off the line
than a 4000, but it is a bit lighter too.

Somewhere in the neighborhood of 100 HP. Remember, a JT 2.2 Makes 115 at 8.5:1 compression. You can just use that as a baseline and figure a little less compression. Of course there is a slight difference in cams, tuning, etc. also.
