[urq] Rear Bumper Mount Hole Caps

IIRC the rear bumper hole plug caps are unobtainium? 

My car still has all four, but my rear bumper may need
to come off to get painted after an altercation with a
dorF Ranger pickumup at my daughter's school parking
lot on the way to Laguna Seca last Friday. The Ranger
lost some aftermarket fog lights and the steel bumper
was a bit tweeked. OTOH, my '83 Ur-Q rear bumper
(pushed in for the Euro look no less) survived with
nothing more than some paint scratches! (Thank
goodness!!!!) Damage is actually quite minor.

I recall Jeff Lewis fabricated some for his bumper.
The bodyshop I got an estimate from this morning
wanted nothing to do with 25 year old, easily damaged,
unobtainium plastic. They suggested I got get an
estimate from a restoration shop to include potential
fabrication issues over the plugs. (For a few
scratches?!)

Anyway, if anyone has a source for the caps or a few
spares, tips for safe damage-free removal, and
recommendations for a good paint shop in Santa Cruz,
CA it would be greatly appreceated.
