Andrew,

I found a few more places than this a couple of months ago when looking
for carpets for my UrQ.  Haven't bought anything from anyone at this
point, so YMMV.

This is the first place I found, but google "quattro coupe" and "cut &
sewn" and you'll find more options.  I don't know that anyone does a fully
molded carpet for the UrQ.
