[urq] hesitation, bucking on takeoff - not resolved yet!

I didn't have quite the same problem, but I was chasing an ignition cutout
for a while. Seemed to change in nature and severity from mild annoyance
when lifting foot off throttle to undriveable. In between were some violent
cutouts, some of which required cycling the ignition key. As a function of
testing the coil I cleaned up the connections, the nuts and the little
brackets that the side post wires clip to. Then later I changed to a Blaster
coil. Haven't had a single hiccup since.
