[urq] hesitation, bucking on takeoff - not resolved yet!

... have you verified crank/cam/dizzy timing?  I had a problem with a
"4k cutout" on old QTC222 which was cured by setting this all up
correctly.  I know this shouldn't cause a 4kRPM issue, but perhaps it
was marginal and that caused the timing signal to be dropped ... 

Weirder things have happened!
