We have a VW R32 w/ Haldex, and live in VT, so it has seen some pretty
extreme weather. The haldex is fine in day to day driving in any weather (we
have studded snows for winter), but I would love the get the Haldex mod that
moves the bias to the rear. When launching from a stop, the front tires slip
for a fraction of a second until the torque transfer occurs and all four
tires bite. I think with the rear bias, the weight transfer would help
initial grip. Cheers!
