[urq] Hydraulic problems (continued)

Starting yesterday, changing lanes doing 60, I felt a small pulsation in the steering wheel.
On a stand-still with running engine, I can push the brake pedal halfway down the floor, like it 's doing ever since after changing the BMC, PV and bomb, but from yesterday I can push it to the bottom and when it does, it starts pulsating. If I keep my foot there and turn off the engine, I feel the pedal coming back slowly (with quit some force).
And to make things worse, the ticking noise is no longer intermittent but now constant. I can even see the return line from the valve block vibrating and it can be felt by touching the line. The noise can be 'felt' even more at the high pressure line from the valve block to the brake servo and bomb itself.
Last week I had one occasion of total power loss of assistance of the steering wheel while driving and the brake pedal is still initially hard on fast emergency stops. Do these symptoms definately point out a bad bomb, or perhaps a worn powersteering pump or valve block as well?
Thanks.
