I just wanted to say thanks for all the input, went ahead and put a bid in on the Gobi one.  The auction still has a long way to go so we will see if I end up in the brotherhood or not, or at least in this particular auction.   Its too bad I can't afford to keep the family together (I don't yet know if I can even afford one of the brothers,lol)
I have a feeling I am going to learn a lot about older electrical systems and corrosion abatement.  Thanks for all the input so far.
