[urq] Abt fuel distributor

I have been meaning to write up my do's and dont's about 
the conversion.
Now I actually have the time, so I will get it done.

The smog techs I go to, have never even seen a urq, so 
they don't know what the engine should even look like.
My 82 dealer demonstration model, never had the vacuum 
hose diagram, they have never said anything about it.
I always get a "pre-check" too.
Santa Cruz county does have different rules than Santa 
Clara county.

I'll get you a list soon Thatcher.
