We should have broken our 45 year moritorium on above ground nuclear testing 
and lit one of our biggest and baddest in an air-drop fashion.   The heat and 
the shock wave would have crippled that bitch Katrina.   The 100+mph winds 
would have diluted and evenly dispersed the fallout to a minimum detectable limit 
and New Orleans would be partying like normal.

But NO, we cant DO that...
