[urq] Master Cylinder Upgrade

The couple of V8 4kq's I've seen needed to mount the MC inside the cowl 
area to clear the cyl. head.  Those cars came stock with the vacuum 
booster.  If it would have worked, I'm sure they would have just stayed 
with the stock system.  You might see if Scott Mockry or others that 
attended the Sears Point national event a couple of years ago got pictures 
of the V8 4kq that was there.
