[urq] Splicing Wires

I've heard you can get butt splice connectors that have very low-temp
solder on the inside and heat shrink on the outside, sounds like it
would be worth a try. I've used the standard quick disconnects under
my dash with sucess so far. I ever had to splice into the big wire
that supplies power to the fusebox.
