OK 4th try for this post - keeps getting returned Mailer Daemon??? argghh!!!  #$%*$&$###

Anyway - not really a GB but kinda.  I've decided to go with Ron Davis Radiators.  Cost is $565 but if I/we buy 4 then he'd do a 15% discount off which becomes $480.  I'm going to order mine regardless.  I'm also going to have them build it without the two upper nipples for the aux rad. (They can do either layout - I can send pics of the standard setup.  Chris Quain has one, too.)  This makes it semi-custom and turn around is 4-6 wks.  If anybody wants to do this right now let know ASAP and I'll talk to the guy.  Otherwise I'm just going to order mine up.  I do not want to collect any money or do any shipping - it will all have to be direct.
