[urq] Rear Half-shaft CV joint question

Does anyone know where I can get a replacement rear outer CV joint for
my UrQ?  Are they the same as any other cars?  The PO seems to have
stripped the threads quite a bit on the spindle shaft, and I can't seem
to keep the spindle nut to stay tight.  I just destroyed a bearing
because the nut backed off a bit.  I am thinking I am going to have to
replace the outer CV joint so I can get a fresh spindle shaft.  The
UrQ's have 22mmx1.5 thread on the shaft.  Any ideas?   Thanks
