[urq] Penetrating Oil

I second the blaster comment.  In addition, I highly recommend the Bolt-out
tools from Sears.  They will allow you to remove those far more easily than
you can imagine. Regardless, I would apply the PB Blaster and then later
propane torch heat and then use the Bolt-out like this one:

Craftsman 10 pc. Impact Grade Bolt-OutT Damaged Bolt/Nut Remover
