[urq] Strut cartridge recommendations

Sounds about right.
My Konis were with H&Rs, current setup, Billies are with stock springs.

Let's just say that with Konis and H&Rs I would cringe every time there
was anything of sizable pothole (common in Toronto area).

I got so used to it that even after installing Billies with stock springs
I would still cringe.. however, this time nothing happen, just a gentle
"thump thump"... and that's it.  World of difference.

When I first bought the car it had Porsch Cup wheels (17")... probably
because of that and the stiff suspension I discovered a bent hub when
switching to SQ brakes.
