[urq] Strut cartridge recommendations

My WR runs on normal bilsteins with (as far as I know) stock springs (although may have been higher rated for the original air-con kit in the front end. Not sure if they did that - can anyone confirm? I have ditched the air-con now though). I have solid alloy subframe mounts and stock rubber wishbone bushes with poly bushed anti-roll (sway) bar. The solid subframe and rubber w-bone bushes are a very nice compromise for pot-holed UK roads. Wouldn't like it any firmer though.
