[urq] Out from winter sleep

You know, Im with you on that one 100%. I took my 85 out this past 
weekend. Its all RS2 20v stuff in it, and I really had forgotten how 
much I enjoy that thing.  Im drive a mind numbing company car all the 
time, but still occasionaly get into the cossie or a friends car but 
nothing puts a grin on my face like the UrQ.  Mine also started right up 
with no assistance, but I have a battery disconnect switch, not sure if 
I need it or not but oh well.  I had a front right tire that was low and 
yes, same here, $66 to refill the damn thing.

Check the window switch first, its the most likely culprit.
