Now, that's how I have my fogs wired, although the ideal would be to have
the fogs drop (use a N/C relay with the hot coil lead run from the high beam
signal, I believe 85 or 85a from memory) when the high beams are triggered.
There is no reason to ever run fogs when the highbeams are on, they won't
show you anything and they'll just add to the dazzle for oncoming cars.
Besides,
most states in the US have laws limiting the # of lights (not including
markers) lit
on the front of our cars to 4 separate sources.
Now as far as the US requirement of lows+fogs (which I've ignored) what
gives to
the huge #'s of BeeEmmmVays that I saw running around with parking and fogs
only back in the eighties and nineties?
