Great write-up on the rust repair. My son and I are about to start
something similar. On our project urq, the fenders are new, but we have
some work to do on the strut tower and firewall.

I need to see how all the bits go together, to figure out a plan of

We've got to do this one too. Drivers side is the worst. I've actually
got a piece of the floor pan seam sitting on the bench after it fell off
the body. From what I can tell, it's 3 pieces, the under seat floor pan,
the inner side sill and the outer side sill all meet at the seam. I too
am trying figure out a good plan of attack. I'm thinking a combination
of 4kq floor/side sill parts and fabed sheet metal will get it back
together.
