[urq] NF / MC2 Cam Question??

why would these non turbo cars have the same cams as the turbo cars- don't
turbo cars generally want less overlap from their cams? Or does that only
come into play on really hi-perf naturally aspirated engine cams - where the
factory cams are pretty mild....?
