I've noticed recently the new Benz ads are showing older  generations in 
conjunction with the new or how the older have evolved into the  new.  And how the 
driving experience is still "Benz".





A Merc ad I have seen well more times than I care to is making like  American 
Graffiti with drive-in scenes (including car-hops) and stop light  races.
There's a real image shift for ya.
