I would like to follow this thought up with a further observation on my
part:
Does it not appear as though the President and his brother Board member
could stand to profit from their involvement
in dealings only available through their club affiliation and offices?  I
believe there is a clause
in ACNA Code of Ethics which states that they "must set an example using the
highest standards of business ethics".
Am I the only one who sees a potential for conflict of interest here?

I have nothing against either of them, but their involvement in this
particular endeavor seems particularly
hazardous to the potential for abuse.
