[urq] [s-cars] SS line failures yet again

Most cars I've ever had were equipped with SS lines. My current S4 has now had 120k miles put on it with the same set of SS lines.

In fact, the only car I've ever had that had a brake line failure was an OE rubber line on a '69 Camaro. I had to run it into a parking post to stop it.

Properly manufactured SS lines are fine for the street. To me, this means
lines that are properly swaged and changed at least once a year. People
like to think that race car performance should have street car maintenance.
It's all part of the game.

Change them once a year and keep fresh fluid in them. Not to mention taking
at least a quick glance at every oil change.
