I know the 20V 90Q and CQ (probably V6 90 as well) use a higher
pressure, but I think it's still less than the type 44 stuff. If the
pump you've got is from a '91 200Q, I'd double-check the pressures to be
sure. Maybe a 7A pump would work on the 3B?

You need a 90q steering rack that uses the high press like 1990 90q 20v.
