[urq] Running problems caused by "leaning out" 83 urq.

I would concur with Steve.  When idle the duty cycle should just be  
buzzing when idle is set correctly.  Make sure you check the duty  
cycle properly, as if you have the leads reversed, the % shown will  
be reversed as well.  Are you checking the fuel pressures under load  
or only static?  Leaning out of the fuel mixture can be signs of the  
fuel pump either failing or otherwise not getting enough juice and  
thereby not producing enough pressure under load.  BTDT on both  
counts.  Additionally, there is an internal fpr (attached to the fuel  
distributor), which may not be functioning properly.  But I doubt  
that's your problem.
