ANyone know about a more specific dept or attn?

I just thought I'd write because I ordered a 2nd URQ
subframe bushing and the half price CGT bushing was in
the '857' bag.   I'm hessitatant to order more - I
think the 857 199 419B bushing is $57 so I don't want
a $16 cgt substiution there.  I heard the parts look
the same - so nobody knows what we're paying for - but
a 100hp cgt part is probably not what i want.  

THe parts dept said they were also charged for the
more expensive 857 part -  so they couldn't give the
the 893 price. 

So my letter is ready to go - I'd like to add a
department or name  - hoping to help the company.
