[urq] Gear-shift linkage

Hi everyone.  I wanted to thank everyone who responded
to my gear-shift problem.  I was able to find OME
parts from a local dealer at (~$7) a piece for the
plastic insert at each end of the linkage rod, and
about (~$18) for the larger plastic insert at the end
of the long rod from the gear shift lever.
