Unplug the cs injector and try without it. If it runs cleaner you're 
there. Next you can check tt switch that operates the cs injector by 
connecting a bulb, LED or Vmeter, start it up and note for how many 
seconds the voltage is supplied. Check that against the cold start 
chart. (BTW, I am running permanently without cs injector although the 
tt switch is new). If unplugging csi doesn't help, that would point 
towards WUR, where the heating element and diaphragm could be faulty. 
Presume we are talking about GV/WR setup.
