[urq] Engine Cool-down noises / Excesive Fuel Consumption

I agree with Ado on both. New cars, or cars with new exhaust parts all 
exhibits that ticking sound. It is a good way to tell if the exhaust is 
recent.

As for the fuel kilometrage, an urQ in good shape should attain 10l/100 km 
on the highway, 13 if driven fast on a forest winding road, and 20 by a cold 
winter night on snowy tarmac :-). At least, that what mine is doing...
