it doesn't matter how wide open it is or it is closed, the mixture will be
the same, umm NO the mixture will not be the same, remember the shape of the
cis "cone" the mixture will change with RPM when using the Continuous
Insufficient System. period, we made no changes to our waste gate and saw
boost pressures change from 12 psi to 17 psi, the only change was no more
CIS, not having to suck up a plate, no comparision in spool up time, we get
boost in 1st with 4:11 diffs, never did before. CIS sucks wind, spend your
money wisely, get rid of CIS

... all the air that passes through the Aux Air Regulator is metered ... it
doesn't matter how wide open it is or it is closed, the mixture will be the
same ... the only thing that changes is the amount of air that is allowed to
flow into the engine, and thus the idle speed. The only thing deliberately
affecting the mixture outside the fuel distributor (and its associated bits)
is the cold start valve on the intake manifold.
