[urq] Servicing subframes

I plan to drop my subframes in next weeks days to paint them with POR15 and
replace all the bushings. I have received some good advices on removing the
bushings and putting Javad's new aluminum ones in should be easy. My issue is
with supporting the drive-line while the subframes are down. I plan to take
the A-arms with them for paint and bushings as well. The front seems easy as I
should only have to place a jack under the back of the trans to support it. My
issue is with the rear. Can I prop up the rear diff, or do I need to
disconnect all the shafts and drop it? Do I need to drop it to get the rear
diff bushing out? Any BTDT's would be great. Also, how long do you think this
will take me (days , weeks, years)? Finally, does anyone have the pictures of
the (old style) home-made A-arm bushing tool? Something about a split PVC pipe
to squish the bushings to get them in & out. Thanks
