Are you serious?  Where the f is the fun in that??? How about a novel idea:
States must recognize that trained, enthusiastic drivers are most likely
less hazardous to themselves and those around them at 20mph over the speed
limit than the 91 yr old blue-haired lady driving her Crown Vic at or under
the speed limit.  Not a doubt in my mind.  There should be different classes
of licenses allowing different levels of driving.  Of course there would
need to be stipulations and conditions.  Time this country woke up when it
comes to laws governing speeds and drivers.  Can o' worms?  Yep!
